I understand there are staffing shortages but to have to wait for such long periods of time is not good. But also told me that for the online banking that I would have to go into the branch. I called again and finally talked to someone in which I explained the situation and gave him requested information. I advised him that I just wanted to pay the Mastercard but he would not accept. I told him that due to the pandemic and I have underlying health conditions, that I would not be going in. Finally, I was told that I had to go into the Credit Union. After being on hold a long period no one came on. I called again and spoke to someone and was told they could not accept a payment and I had to contact Strata. I called the Mastercard company and the recording would not accept a payment. I have been a member in good standing for over 40 years. I understand having to ask the questions but I have never had an issue with it in the past. After a long period of time, I told her I can give you my SSN or anything else. After each response, the representative put me on hold. I did not have the password so I was asked other questions in which I provided the answers. After waiting more than 30 minutes with no answer, I was transferred. On, I called Strata Credit Union to transfer $52.41 from my savings account to my Mastercard.
